First Time Investor
I have just exchanged on an off-plan property in the northwest. Suffice to say we achieved exchange in just over a week from me reserving the apartment! The team at SA has been very supportive, always on the ball and completely available. I am a first-time investor so was a little hesitant and quite nervous buying off plan and had lots of questions but my early conversations the sales team were thorough, and I was provided with good information to enable me to trust the company and the development.

The customer care follow up by Julie has been prompt, really polite and proactive and suffice to say we exchanged so soon. The recommended solicitors handled this part of the process efficiently. I am now looking forward to the next 12 months and seeing the completed development.
